Maybe some of you already know about C. Wonder but I found it through another site when I clicked through to look at a cute sweater. Unfortunately the sweater was already sold out but I found lots of other goodies to perk up my disappointment. C. Wonder has a mix of clothing, shoes, accessories, home and decor items.

I signed up for emails and received a free shipping offer. About two weeks later I was notified of a 25% off the entire site. I already had items in my Wishlist so I jumped at the chance to try a new brand.

Calf Hair Signature Printed Penny Loafer – I was able to get these adorable leopard loafers on sale. I love that they are patent with just a pop of leopard.

C. Wonder’s own signature shiny “C” coin

I also purchased the Mini Blackwatch Wool Easy Tote. Sadly it’s no longer available in the Mini or Regular size. This is a gorgeous tote and is just the right size for me. The Blackwatch will be great for the rest of the year.

A few of my other picks are below.

They are currently having a promo of an extra 30% off Sale items and Free shipping over $50. Love that low minimum for free shipping!

Have you checked out C. Wonder?

A few outfits from my recent office visits. The first outfit is one I copied exactly and originally planned to wear earlier this year but due to the cold weather changed out the bottoms that are in the second pic below. I love the color combo and the heels are one of my favorite pairs.

Sweater: Ann Taylor Extrafine Merino Wool 3/4 Sleeve Sweater, Cameo Pink
Skirt: J Crew Factory Double-Serge Cotton Pencil Skirt, Byzantine Blue

Next up are the most comfortable dress pants…EVER! I found these Cashmere pants on ebay last year and love them. They are not lined but I’m ok with that. I stayed in the Cashmere family with a Cashmere Tee. I was cozy all day in my fabulous pants.

Sweater: J Crew Cashmere Tee, Green (old)
Pants: JC Cashmere Plaid Pants (Sample, ebay)
I’m so excited for this evening as Molly from Anthromollogies is having a Holiday Event at my local Anthropologie. It’s taking all my energy to stayed focused on work and not run to my closet to figure out what I’m going to wear. I hope to Tweet some, if my phone cooperates.
Have a Great Day!

I received my Factory items over the weekend and overall am pretty pleased with the order.

It looks like both the Puffin and Scottie Dog Intarsia Charley sweaters
are pretty popular as they have both sold out online. I think the Puffin
looks good with the Blythe in Polka Dot. I took a Medium in both. They
are both so cozy and comfortable. If I had to choose between the two I
like the Puffin the best. As you can see, Gus is questioning the Scottie Dog choice.

Factory Draped Sequin Tee in Navy – This is a Medium and fits slightly big. I’ll stay with the Medium as it felt loose through the arms for me. I love the Dark Navy color and you cannot feel the stitching on the inside against bare skin.

Stripe Silk Popover Blouse in Green Navy – I went with a Small in this and it’s pretty long in the arms. You can see the extra fabric bunching between my elbow and wrist. I’m not sure if this one is a keeper or not but I did use an extra 30% off the sale price so I’ll take that into account. I do like the navy/green stripe as well and looks good with the bottom half of my outfit from Saturday.

The HAULPASS 20% off discount is good through Tuesday for Factory orders over $100.

Have a Great Day!

The Jules Dress is one of my favorites from J Crew. I know the length on those over 5’3″ can be escandaloso or indecent but for a shorty like me, it’s perfect.

I wore this to dinner with Husband and some friends a few Fridays ago. We ate at NAO which is the student-staffed restaurant for the Culinary Institute of America – San Antonio and located at the renovating Pearl Brewery. After dinner we headed next door to the Blue Box Bar where I had a delicious Champagne Cocktail…or two.

I kept the outfit plain and simple with the Pave’ Link Bracelet and Babette Heels.

I do think this dress will look good as a tunic and wish the weather would cool off so I can add a belt, leggings and black boots. Too bad JC didn’t add the pattern to a pencil skirt. It would’ve sold like hotcakes.

Have a Great Day! And Go Vote if you haven’t done so already!

If you haven’t already done so, sign up for J Crew Factory – Factory First emails. So far, they’ve been true to their word and I’ve received coupons via snail mail (20% & 30% off), deals via email weekly and access to new arrivals 24 hours in advance, including one from yesterday afternoon.

Below are some of my picks and purchases.

Stripe Silk Popover in Green Navy – You’ve seen the Striped Two-Pocket Silk Shirt on me here and I am quite happy with the silk so I expect this to be of the same quality. I don’t purchase any of the Factory shirts that are 100% Polyester as they look and feel cheap, even from a distance.

Draped Sequin Tee in Navy – I have the black tee from last year, seen here and love it. I think this will be of similar fit and quality. The thing I like about last year’s Factory version was you could barely feel the threading to hold the sequins. I recall the Retail version being somewhat itchy because of that. It also comes in black and white ash.
Intarsia Charley Sweater – Didn’t like French Hens, Lollipop-headed French Bulldogs or the Bumble-Lady? How about a cute little Puffin/Duck or Scottie Dog? I have not tried the Charley’s from the Factory store but they are getting much love in the blog-o-shere. We’ll see how these look IRL. I saw the Leopard, Bow and Dot Sweaters a few weeks ago and quite liked them.
Skimmer Pant in Black Watch Plaid – Very Holiday/Christmas-time, don’t you think?
Chessboard Check Mini Skirt – This is the Buffalo Plaid from last year that was a coat and pants right? Very cute skirt but I can’t think of anything but a solid top/sweater to go with it. I’ll have to see this one in the Factory Store.
Factory Sequin Party Dress – This is the same one as last year that I tried on here (scroll down) and loved but never purchased. I have more than enough Sequined separates that I should probably pass on the dress again this year. But since it is back, I should try it on again, right?

And for The Boy, a Black Watch Tie. I was just thinking a few days ago about a tie in Black Watch for him and now the Factory has one. I usually purchase his ties from the Factory since he’s not too particular right now with Factory vs. Retail material.
