I realize now I have been wearing a uniform since last week…button down shirt, sweater, ankle toothpick jeans and boots. I’ll throw on a blazer if it’s a little chilly and I have to run to the store. I have two pair if the jeans and I do everything but sleep in them. Absolutely love them.

Here are yesterday and today’s outfit. I even did similar plaid shirts. I’m so predictable sometimes.

Sommers Plaid Perfect Shirt – Size 8 – Again, I have to accommodate my shoulders and upper arms so I always wear an 8 in the Perfect Shirts. This has some pretty colors in it and I have many sweaters and cardigans to wear with it.

Saturday Sweater – This is very soft and runs big. I normally wear a Medium to accommodate my shoulders and upper arms but the small was loose and slouchy and soft (I said that right?). The Marled Pulp Alabaster looks more like a Citron or bright yellow and not so pastel or light like the online pic. I may order the Marled Bluegrass. The color looks so pretty.

What a weekend! Very glad that is behind me. Paintball was a lot of fun but I am so sore from running, twisting, falling, squatting, oh, and getting shot at. I have a bruise on my thigh that is the size of a softball. All from one little bitty paintball. That will be there for a few weeks so no mini skirts until it’s healed.

The boys ate everything! Even some of hubby’s “low-cal/diet” food. They were raiding the pantry at midnight for food and drinks. They all had a lot of fun and hopefully were really tired yesterday. I know The Boy was.

This top was styled at Anthro with the Field Game Cardigan. I found this cardi at TJ Maxx (pre-ban) for $12.99. I used the tie from the top to belt the cardi.

We are having rainy weather this week and it’s so easy to put on lounge wear. But, I’ll try to post my OOTDs daily since I’m “shopping my closet”.

Part 2…
Textured Jersey Necklace Tee in Soft Willow – I already have this in Warm Clove and this mint green color is really pretty too. I sized down to a Small in this tee.
Slub cotton beaded-blossom tee – Sized down to a Small in this. Not sure if I’ll keep it…too many tees, too many embellished tees.

Slub Retro Floral Tee (not online) – Again, in a small. The rosettes are cute but I may not keep.
Elizabeth Ruffle Shirt – In White and Lavender. I know, more ruffles but these aren’t overpowering and the collar is somewhat of a mandarin collar.
Velvet Eden Blazer in Darkest Indigo – on sale for $99.99.
There were other new pieces but more for a colder climate. Here in South Texas we just don’t have the opportunity to wear thick sweaters and coats.

I have meetings in my office several days next week so I’ll actually get to wear some of my new stuff. Can’t wait and IRL outfit pics will be posted.
