J Crew’s new promo, through Tuesday, April 14, is 25% off with SHOPNOW. There seem to be a few exclusions like Collection and third-party brands. I had placed and order as well as shopped in-store during the 25/30% off promo last week.
I have several of these in various colors. My favorites that I wear consistently are the Navy and White. At the end of last Summer I found a hole at the shoulder on my White shirt so I needed a new one. I’ll keep the other for a pool cover-up. That one is an 8 Petite and I may have caused the hole since it was getting a little snug in the shoulders. This new one is a size 8 and fits well. The white is very bright, maybe because it’s new. These really are a perfect Summer staple for me as I usually feel cooler in this shirt than a tee.

This just fit in the arms and might actually be a little snug. That’s me and not necessarily the shirt itself. I’d do better in a Medium just for a little more room in the arms, especially with that dropped shoulder. I wasn’t really thrilled with this overall but I will try the Medium on, if it’s in-store. I have the
Metallic Linen V-Neck Sweater that I prefer to this tee.
These were probably my favorite from the roll-out and though I’ve tried on the
Factory Pull-On Shorts before and returned or passed on them, I really liked this Retail version. The size 8 fit well and though the inseam is 2 1/2 inches, you can drop the waistband to your hips for a little longer look. I really like the look of these and will probably get quite a bit of wear out of them this Summer.
Lastly is my Easter Sunday outfit. I wasn’t thrilled with the colors of the Stacked Sequin Shell but I did like the White/Grey of the Stacked Sequin Sweater. I bought a Small since the sweater looked really big in the Medium. It’s a nice fit throughout and stretch some too. The sweater is sheer so a nude bra or cami is needed. The Vintage Apricot color of the 4″ Chino Short is a perfect match to the sweater as well, as one of the sequins is the same color. I threw on a nude cami underneath and was pretty cool all day until the Cascarone fight. This is me and Husband right before we were smashed again.
