Sweaters are next…

Short-Sleeved Embellished Charley Sweater, Small – The Small was a good fit and I really like the  Black version.

Charley Sweater in Pineapple, Small – Nice print but the sweater construction itself was awful. The Small was a an ok fit to a little small. I really think it was because of the shoddy construction.

The left is the sleeve and the right is the shoulder seam. If you bought a smaller size than normal this would show even more. And all the Pineapple Charley’s were like this.

Charley Sweater in School of Fish, Small – The construction of the School of Fish Charley was much better with no white showing at the seams. The print is super cute and fit well in the Small.

I have one more review coming up tomorrow of Bottoms.

Sweatshirts are still trendy and there were plenty in-store.

Short-Sleeved Jeweled Sweatshirt, Small – I bought the retail one and one of the jewels came off after I washed it. I like the feel of this and at 50% off, I wouldn’t be too worried about losing the embellishment. I do wish they weren’t all the way around the arm as the retail version jewels kept catching the material and snagging. As far as sizing, Small has been my Factory sizing in most things while Medium is my retail size. TTS

Short-Sleeve Stripe Anchor Sweatshirt, Small – I preferred the print on the anchor of the Retail version but the stripes are still trendy none-the-less. Small was a good fit. I’d only size up if I wanted slouchy.

Short-Sleeved Kisses Sweatshirt, Medium – I loved this Sweatshirt. Online I thought it was a Navy tee. The Medium was too long so I took home a Small. This shirt is very cozy and soft.

I was at the outlets on Saturday and stopped back by the J Crew Factory store. Almost everything was 50% off, sale was 60% off and all long-sleeved shirts, button-downs and pop-overs, were $19.99.

Banana Collector Tee, Small – This as a nice fit and not too low-cut under the arms. I like the sturdier cotton as opposed to the Linen from Retail. The colors are vivid and saturated. I ended up getting this one, even though I have the retail version too.

Tiered Lace Cami, Medium – I was pleasantly surprised that I liked this cami. I think the Medium is a good fit though maybe a little low-cut at the underarms.

Beach Scene Collector Tee, Small – I did not like the retail version of this tee until after it sold out. Then I wanted it. I think the retail version was more brown and not as colored or not as vivid. The Small fit well and came home with me.

Embroidered Peasant Top, Medium – I just grabbed this to try on and the Medium is way too big. Definitely a Small would work if not an XS. The top portion has nice detail. A pass for me, even in the correct size.

Floral Panel Tee, Small – This was another pleasant surprise when I tried it on. Though the panel is Polyester, the tee itself is a very comfortable jersey. I really liked this but passed on it as it it not my currect wardrobe wear. This also comes in Solid.

I reviewed dresses {here}. Online also has a sale of 30% off the current price. I hope to get one more post up before the end of the retail day in case any of you are thinking of heading to the Factory store.

I have been gravitating the last 12 months over to Tory Burch clothing, making my first purchase this year. I absolutely LOVE my London Blouse and hope to find something else in this comfortable silk jersey.

Pre-Fall was launched not too long ago and below are my picks. I love all the navy and reds and tiny polka dots spread throughout. I’m getting a feel for pricing, when items go on sale and promos (very few). Luckily, the brand is sold at other retailers that hold regular promos or allow the use of coupons, store cash/notes, etc.

Isn’t the Turtle Key Fob just the cutest? I think it might be time to change out my Lobster one from J Crew. I’m always on the lookout for a great one-piece swimsuit and the Solaro One-Piece may need to find it’s way to my house for a try-one. That print also comes in a ruffled bikini.

I showed you my picks earlier and now here are some reviews. First up are dresses.

Stripe Linen-Cotton Sundress, size 8 – I was attracted to this dress the moment I saw it online and couldn’t wait to try it on. Sadly, like Gigi said in her review, there’s too much pleating, making the skirt really poofy. The size 8 was a perfect fit. Anything with a structured bodice I will need to size to an 8. For a shift, loose top I can size to a 6. I really do love this dress and am so sad it doesn’t work for me.

The second pic with my hand at the hip is how I would have loved it to fit. Just a little less poofy.

Stripe Pocket Dress, Small – I wasn’t really a fan of the faux leather pockets, not even when it was a Retail. The knit isn’t too thick and the Small was a good fit, except for the length. You know I love a good mini but I raised my arm and…scandalous! I also did not like the brown pockets on the pink dress. They just didn’t go.

Sleeveless Ruched Dress, size 6, Neon Violet – I grabbed this to try on because I was attracted to the color. I have no need for this dress as I just bought the Stripe Basket-Weave Dress that I have no need for, but loved from my try-on. This was snug in the bodice so I would size to an 8 for a better fit. It might give me a little more length, but not much. Seeing as this is more of a party/wedding/non-work dress the shorter length is good.

I know on Wednesday the entire store was 50% off. I do not know if that carried over to the weekend. Currently, you can take an extra 30% off online with BIGSALE.
