This size ran a little big so I would get a Small, even if I was layering. The sweater part is Merino Wool while the back is cotton. Yes you could get a similar effect layering a striped oxford under a sweater but this is more fun. Especially when you can then layer another pattern or color underneath it. I’m a fan.
~ Silk Sleeveless Blouse in Heart Dot, Size 6 ~
I love the print and colors on this blouse. The are a few colors you can mix this with including Mustard and Peach. Again, I sized down from my normal size 8.
~ Flared Surf Skirt, Size 8, Navy ~
This was a good fit though I’m not a fan of the neoprene material. It is a little better suited for Fall/Winter than blazing hot Summer. Pass for me but I know is doable for some of you.

Another graphic drop-seam tee. I do like that if you roll the cuffs there is a contrasting lining.

Thanks for the reviews. I haven't tried any of the new items, but have my eye on the silk blouse. I love all of the colors, but think it will probably be ridiculously long on me. I read that even the petite is very long.
Maryeb – I think that's on purpose. JC seems to be going for a more relaxed/sporty look. It really did remind of how Cher dressed in Clueless.
I loved the heart dot blouse,but i think i need to try one size down and then maybe its not so long.Dont mind long,but the 0 was seriously long on me.
Ina Mack – Definitely size down though the length will still be long. I figure once I'm tired of the really long length I'll take it in to be hemmed up to normal length, maybe a squared off shirt-tail hem or something.
Thanks for the reviews. I haven't been in a store for a couple of weeks. None of these are must haves, which is good. I'm hoping to refrain from adding to the wardrobe too much this fall.
Gigi – That's always the goal isn't it? 😉 I only bought 4 items and am happy with them though I just earmarked about 15 pages in the Boden Catalog. Needing none of it, of course.
Ditto for Boden. I loved so many of their items. I definitely want to get one of the leopard dresses, just haven't decided which one.
I really like how you layered the heart blouse. I am debating if the pattern is too cutesy but done well I think it's a fun print. I'm pretty tall so I think I might like the longer length. I've purchased my must haves so far….a lot of the rollout I think I'll take a second look at sale! Thanks for sharing.
