The Novela Dress is one of my favorite dresses from Anthropologie that just went on sale today. I felt it was too long on me so I never bought it but I did convince my friend Catalina to buy it. Her baby shower was this weekend and it was the perfect dress to wear. She took her normal size Medium. The waist band was perfect for her baby bump. She’ll be able to wear this for a few more weeks and then after Baby is born.

We had a lot of fun and tried to incorporate little touches of the Tea Party throughout the party. The little sugar roses were from Etsy and dessert was from Nothing Bundt Cake.
The Novela Dress was perfect for my beautiful friend. She was absolutely glowing and gorgeous on Saturday.

Dani – She is gorgeous, isn't she? And such a sweetheart too! I tease her Husband all the time about taking her shopping but this time, once he saw her in the dress, he didn't mind at all. The baby shower was such a hit and she's such a lucky girl she's getting another one in a few weeks!
She looked gorgeous and everything was beautiful. I especially love the tulle tablecloth. Did you make that?
ShoppingCelle – Thank you! I did make the Tulle Skirt that went around the table. A few mishaps with the cat but overall it turned out great. I've made one before and learned from my mistakes (no GLITTER TULLE!). It needs a few patches and then it will be ready for the next baby shower and then, hopefully stored away for baby Sophia's first birthday!
