The other item I purchased with the Labor Day promo at Tory Burch was a wallet/wristlet. I am still using a Kate Spade wallet I purchased from the Outlet and decided that instead of buying a new bag for the Fall Winter {like this one} I would find a new wallet that was more Fall-like instead. I would then continue to use my Robinson Open Dome in Ivory and then switch to my Robinson in Navy for Winter.
If you haven’t noticed by now, my Fall wardrobe will be mostly Navy and Burgundy (or that shade) with subtle pops of muted colors. I am loving it! Husband has been more vocal about what what he likes on me including colors. “Mr. Picky-Picky” has about 60% Navy in his closet to go with his black, brown and gray slacks. I dare not try any longer to buy or even select clothes for him as he just wrinkles his nose or rolls his eyes. If I do, I try to stick to a Navy theme to distract from the crazy print. LOL!
How are you transitioning your Summer pieces to Fall?
Pretty color! Please come on over and enter to win a $1000 gift card for shopping with Lafayette 148 New York…beautiful clothes! I will be taking entries all week and would love for someone I am familiar with to win!!
Love the wristlet! So handy. I'm happy that TB is making accessories for smartphones/credit cards/etc in this size — mainly because of the new NFL restrictions for bags at games. All of my small clutches are STILL too big, but this size is absolutely perfect. Now I won't have to squeeze my phone, cards, and cash into my skinny jeans 😉
Jennifer – Those restrictions haven't been passed on to NBA yet but I take a small purse with me anyway. I want to say this might even be a little bigger than a tiny Dooney & Burke purse I received as a gift. I know it holds a lot more than my DB purse. And that I don't have to take off my phone case is another plus.
Lovely wristlet! No fall clothes yet here…. summer is still going strong this week. 🙂
Summer will never end here Rose! I have been slowly wearing a few items here and there hoping to bring it faster but temps are still in the mid-90s.
