I just couldn’t pass up the Nike Pegasus ’83 Sneakers in Mortar when I saw them in-store. Normally I am grabbing them for The Boy but it was my turn this time to grab a pair. My foot has grown to a size 7 but I am still a 6 1/2 in Nike brand footwear.

These are very comfortable and I love the white-gray with the blue. There’s also a Mica Green Orange and I saw another style in-store in Red. I have seen these at other shoe stores like DSW, Nordstroms, Finish Line, etc. so check their stock as well.

Here are a few other choices.

I would have thought that being organized with my outfits would have helped me during The Boy’s Graduation Week but it was so crazy that it was easier to throw on shorts and tees to get things done. I’m back on track this week though.

This week features Tory Burch, including my London Blouse, shoes, possibly my new White Jeans and a new Tunic. I’ll review those in another post. I am in the office a few days as well so I needed to include something that I was appropriate.

~ Linen Botanical Tank, J Crew (BR Factory, BR FactoryCarven, ~
~  Brandyce Tunic, Tory Burch ~
~ London Blouse, Tory Burch ~
~ J Crew Pleated Short, J Crew (JC, Factory)
~ Cropped Skinny Jean, Tory Burch ~
~ Perfect Form Crop Pant, White House/Black Market ~
~ Sadie Metallic Slingbacks, Tory Burch ~
~ Nori Wedges, Tory Burch ~
~ Amalie Sandals, Tory Burch ~
And here’s today’s look. I missed out on the Linen Botanical Tank originally and waited patiently for the Factory offered it to no avail (not yet at least). I ended up finding this one on ebay. Comfortable, simple and chic – my kind of outfit.
Have a Great Day!

And did you hear? My San Antonio Spurs handily beat the Heat!

I went on a little bit of a T-Shirt binge recently, especially at J Crew.

The Drapey Tee in Venice Beach runs big. You can see the Medium on me is very large and ill-fitting. I didn’t have time to try it on and it felt so soft in my hands I tore the tags off to wear it before seeing if it really fit. I’m hoping my Laundry skills will shrink this a little. Also, the wording is askewed IRL, as opposed to online. Definitely size down in this. At the time, I was able to get this with a 25% off Tees promo.

I originally tried on the Drapey Tee in Beach Heart a few weeks ago and loved it. I snagged this with the promo too. This isn’t as drapey as the Venice tee above, even in the Small.

The Vintage Cotton Stripe-Sleeve Tee in Scoopneck was in the sale section so I grabbed it in a Medium. Fits well on top but a little on the long side.

I have no sense sometimes and the Paneled Sweatshirt in Navy Floral is a good example of that. We are in the 90s now and I foresee 100s by July. Why I bought a Sweatshirt, even if it is short-sleeved is beyond me. I had too much Crewlade. But I do love it. It was styled with White Jeans (still searching) which I loved! I grabbed a Small to be more fitted, like the Anchor one from last Summer. I was able to wear that one during my trip to NYC. This one will be in the closet for months.

I love my Metallic V-Neck Sweater so much I had to get the Sparkle Cardigan too. But there wasn’t a Small so I grabbed the Medium. It’s just big all-over, including the sleeves. I’m hoping I can find a Small and do an exchange, even though it was Final Sale.

I couldn’t resist the Sicilia Scarf. Anything Italian and I want it. Though we didn’t make it to the front side of the boot I hope to head back one day. This thing is huge so I think it will be nice and cozy in the Fall and Winter.

This is my birthday month! Yay! I’ve been searching Anthropologie trying to narrow down my picks. I think I finally have the right combination of “For Me” and “For the Home”.

Torres Dress – I love Bailey 44. This dress is a great fit-and-flare for Summer. That it comes in Navy/White is just a bonus.

Flora Vignette Dress – I am anxious to try this dress. It’s been on my wishlist since it came out.

Jardin Swing Tank – I love the mix of the different prints and patterns though I’m not keen on the Polyester (though there shouldn’t be any Laundry mishaps with Poly).

Sereno Embroidered Cami – I’ve been looking for a good embroidered white blouse or cami and this just might work.

Falcon Slingbacks – The heel. The dark leather color. The woven leather. I love it all.

Mara Hoffman Coverlet & Shams – I am always looking for non-feminine bedding for the Master bedroom to appease Husband. The blue/white reverse will go well with the decor and paint.

Tuileries Quilt, Bed Skirt, Sham & Euro Sham – Now, the Guest Room is a different story as that is where my closet is located. I’ve had a Butterfly Pottery Barn Duvet on it for years, probably since we moved in, so maybe it’s times to switch things up.

Entomology Shower Curtain – When The Boy leaves for college in the Fall I will probably update his bathroom. If I pass on the Tuileries items, this shower curtain will match the current bathroom decor and the current guest room Duvet.

What do you think?

The Cleo Fabric Loafers in Turquoise Orange were a pair that I was not expecting to find, or buy. But Net-a-Porter had them on sale a few weeks ago and I was able to find my size. With free shipping and free returns I always love shopping on Net-a-Porter.

The multi-color satin shantung makes them wearable with pretty much anything. The trim is blue suede.

The Sophia Webster’s are gorgeous in the same fabric but I know I’ll wear the Loafers more. Though I miss the Darby’s I do find the Cleo Loafers run TTS.

I wonder if we will see this print, maybe in Cotton, for a Factory option next year. It’s always hard to guess which shoe options or patters will make it to the Factory each season.

Here are a few more plaid shoe options. The Sesto Meucci’s are really cute. I may have to go find those. The TOM’s are a nice neutral Madra.

Happy Shoes-day!
