I was finally able to see the Transport Tote and Berliner Satchel in person. The Dark Cabernet is a gorgeous color and so well suited for my wardrobe. I would need to keep it organized though as a Tote is always a bottomless pit when I use it.
The Textured Transport Tote is on my wishlist. Almost all of my bags are made of a smooth or Saffiano leather. I think only one, my Bisbee Satchel, is pebbled leather. As you can see these two are the same color, Rock, but the leather color varies. The one in front looks more olive while the second looks like the color of a wet rock.
The Berliner Satchel is a nice in person in the English Saddle color. It’s nice and roomy on the inside. The difference between this and my Bisbee Satchel is that it has an exterior pocket on either side. One side is a flap pocket and the other a zip.
I have seen inserts for totes that has compartments for keeping things organised a bit better. I try to stay as small as possible for the essentials. As a teacher, you would be surprised what you find in my tote by the end of the week.
Hi Carol! My Kerrington Totes sag at the bottom and I think I will need to get some sort of hard insert for the bottom of the bag. That and the organizer or pouches should work for me. I can't event imagine what is in your bag at the end of the week. I'm sure even you get surprised sometimes. Haha!
Hi Audrey, great blog! I am currently looking at the pinstripe vest you tried on but am unsure of this fit. Could you tell me how tall you are? I am 5'9 and thin and will probably wearing the vest over a medium thickness sweater. Thank you!
Hi Jasper. I'm 5'2" and took a Small in the Vest. I was able to easily layer under it.
The Berliner looks good. Pretty color that you photographed. I like the cab transport. Yay again for getting a Madewell.
