Anthropologie: Tinted Chambray Tunic, Glinted Tee

I am really loving my Frye Boots and wanted another dress to wear with them since I only have one pair of skinny jeans I can slip them over. I’m glad this dress was around when the Tag Sale started as it’s been on my wishlist for a little while.

I was originally going to order a Medium but it was sold out so I took a chance on the Small. It is a great fit and not tight across the chest as I originally feared. It’s a good length to wear without leggings or tights and the neckline hits at a nice spot and is not too low. And, of course, I love this tunic with my boots!

~ Glinted Tee, Silver, Large ~
I grabbed this tee on a whim but am on the fence about keeping it. I think it would look great with a layered necklace in a silver tone but though it’s Silver, it seems a little blah to me. First, it runs small, with the Large fitting like a Medium on me. Second, it’s Linen, so hand-wash only, which I’m sure I’ll forget about and machine wash it causing it to shrink. Lastly, though I know v-necks are flattering and elongate the neckline, I really prefer a crew-neck on tees.
Anthropologie still has it’s Tag Sale going on. Have you bought anything from it?

Love the tunic and it looks great with your Frye boots! I tried on the tee in silver and gold and in several sizes in the store and I agree with you. I thought it had great potential, but when I tried it on, both colors and sizes were kind of meh on me. It definitely ran small, and maybe it was on the shorter side too.

I like the chambray tunic dress on you as well. Love that you are getting lots of good wear out of your new favorite boots!
I decided to go to Anthro the day after Christmas and it was a madhouse. I just bought want I came in there to buy, a pink faux fur scarf/stole. Totally impractical but it just feels so soft and makes me feel fancy and it FINALLY went on sale.
