J Crew Printed Linen Scarf

Everyone remembers Jenna in these pants right?

They are expected in the next roll-out or two and are in the May Style Guide as well. For those of us (everyone really) who won’t be able to afford them here is a more reasonable option for that print in a scarf.

The Printed Linen Scarf in Emerald Pool is beautiful, lightweight and a vibrant Emerald Green.

Even the pinks and yellows on the scarf pop out at you. The material is a viscose, linen blend so less wrinkles but does that even matter with a scarf? As you can see, the scarf is very sheer so it’s perfect for those light breezy days or offices with a chilly A/C.

What do you think of this scarf print? Honestly, I wish J Crew would make a scarf in every beautiful print they have, especially if the print is used in a Collection piece at $300+. Yes, I’m sure the Factory Store will eventually have one but sometimes it’s not the actual item for me as much as it is the print.
Have a Great Day!

I like it and have been pondering it myself as I do love green, but I do have a couple of wardrobe gaps and sadly have more scarves than I know what to do with (not that I am complaining!) But this one is lovely. I wish they had done the hummingbird in a linen blend as well!

I still lol when I see that picture of Jenna in those pants. While she is a lovely person, those pants make her look like a stilt walker in the circus. I can only imagine how bad they would look on 5'3" me. I loved that green floral print the minute I saw it in the lookbook folio but neither the $$$$ price or the style looks good to me. Maybe that scarf could find its way into my closet though. It could hang out and have a grand time with all the other scarves I had to have but rarely wear!

I purchased the swoop top in this print with the promo this weekend. I love it!

I thought the top I saw in the store Friday was really cute – with an opening in the back. I could NEVER wear the pants though, that's just me. I think you have to be long and tall and supermodel thin – and I am none of those things, lol.

Scarves would be a great way to wear some of the beautiful prints. Not this one but I did buy some Collection silk print (golden paisley?) pants that were gorgeous but would take a tall and slender person to carry off. Thank goodness I had the good sense that time to return them or they'd be in the bin with the other if-only items.
