Burgandy/Wine/Oxblood seems to the IT color this Fall. I picked up the J Crew Double-Serge Cotton Pencil skirt over the Summer. I added the Silk French Hen shirt looking more at the Navy/Burgandy pairing than the actual print. I wore this to the office last week and no one seemed to notice my little Chick-a-dees. My trusty Louboutin Simple 70s in Navy finished the outfit.
I ended up removing the necklace and bracelet as they didn’t look right with the outfit, once I took the picture. Funny how everything looks ok in the mirror but in pictures it can be completely different.

So far, I have only worn it with the leopard tippi (you can see that on my blog a week or so ago) – I think you look fabulous!

This looks great on you. I returned the hen shirt, sadly, because the collar made my neck look scrawny. This whole business of outfit-checking is starting to get to me, I don't deal well with being self-conscious.
