Que Bella – End of Summer

Some friends had a dinner party a few weeks ago and the dress was casual. I had to work in the office that day and it was a Friday.

For work, I paired the Linen Dot Sweater, my old White Express jeans, Tory Burch Sandals, finishing off the look with the cute J Crew Elephant necklace.

For dinner, I switched out my top and shoes for the J Crew Grenada Palm Cami and my Hunter sandals.

I love my casual dinner outfit. The Grenada Palm Cami is one of my favorites. Though I was a little over-dressed with a silk top, I prefer this casual look over a tee, shorts and flip-flops (J Crew of course).

Have a Great Day!

Those are two of the most flattering outfits you ever have posted. I like you in the soft neutrals with a touch of color.. They are both lovely choices!

Thanks Gigi! Insanity…yeah that…no really, I stopped right before vacation but was pretty happy with the results. My tummy was flatter and more tone and Husband loved my booty…lol!

I did it consistently (6 days/wk) for 3 weeks and then work traveling got in the way. I prefer to work out in the morning as opposed to afternoon/evening so I never wanted to after coming home. The next few weeks I worked out about 3 times a week but still following the calendar for what was next. I was going to start back up again on Oct 1 but got sick so I'm hoping to start (from the beginning) on Monday. I will be traveling for work more now so I will stick to the calendar and try to work out as many days of the week as possible. I really did like it and even when I was on vacation I was missing my "Shaun T" yelling at me. It really is intense but I honestly liked it. I know if I followed a stricter meal plan I would have better results but at least this will keep me going through the Holidays.

Tough Mudder – I've seen pics and know a few people who have done it. I'd probably only do it to appease the kid in me and get all dirty and muddy. Haha!
